Penrosa is a much-loved and well-appointed family holiday home in St.Mawes on the beautiful Roseland Peninsula. The property is situated at the end of Riviera Lane, halfway between St. Mawes harbour and the Castle, above Tavern Beach, boasting a good-sized garden, off street parking and superb sea views across to St. Anthony’s Head and the mouth of the Percuil River.
Entry to the property is at the first-floor level. The hall leads to a spacious bright open plan kitchen/dining/living room with large picture windows to balcony and outside dining area with glorious sea views and access down steps to the garden. Also on the first floor is a snug with comfy corner sofa and TV, a king size bedroom with en-suite and a separate bathroom/toilet.
From the open plan area stairs lead down to the ground floor where there are 4 bedrooms (1 double with en-suite, 1 king with en suite and a king and bunk sharing a family bathroom). All bedrooms have sea views with each of the double/king rooms having French windows onto the garden.

Garden: Accessed by steps from the ground floor terrace, first floor sun deck and balcony area. Steps from terrace to lawn are steep (not suitable for very young children). The garden is on two levels and there is a walled drop between the two so small children should be supervised at all times when in the garden.
Outside sun deck and dining area: This is accessed from the kitchen/living area or the front driveway. The dining area seats 8. There are also 2 sun loungers, 2 steamers and a garden bench.
